After we confirm we’re the perfect fit, we make it official by locking in your date and contract. We start securing all your beauty needs for all of your events leading up to your big day such as engagement photos, bridal trials, bridal party, rehearsal, and more!
03 GLAM TIME
Now the fun gets started and it’s all glam and beauty from here! We collaborate together to figure out the perfect looks for each and every wedding event by creating your bridal mood board for you and your bridal party, and finally, get you all glammed for each and every event before the big day.

Alma is an absolute gem and genius. Due to a series of unfortunate circumstances, I reached out to her very close to my wedding and despite all the challenges that presented for her, Alma took me on and made me feel supported, taken care of, and beautiful every step of the way. Alma is incredibly knowledgeable about the bridal needs for a wedding, and is very in tune with all the emotions that come with one's wedding weekend. She is cool, calm, collected, and creative. Highly efficient and professional. She is a total pro. We changed my wedding day look at the last minute and she never once made me feel stressed about it. We did two looks — one for Friday and one for Saturday — and both lasted perfectly the entire time. Most importantly, in my opinion, they felt so me. Alma was great at asking questions and coaching me on how to give appropriate feedback so she could ensure I felt my best and executed the vision as I always saw it. Not to mention Alma also did looks for my family. Everyone loved their looks and was so happy. Can't say enough good things about Alma and her team. Would recommend her time and time again.

From start to finish, our work with Kissed by AML was impeccable. I was a destination bride traveling from the East Coast— Alma made scheduling trials SO smooth when we came in town for other appointments & accommodated to us completely. Their work speaks for itself and is OUTSTANDING. There’s a few things you don’t know from just looking at their beautiful pictures though.
A.) Alma and Mo were a complete joy to be around, which is crucial when you’re spending so much time with these vendors on your wedding morning. They are some of the most personable, and kind hearted individuals I know. All in all, they made things FUN and so relaxing, and I left our experience with two more ladies to call my friend.
B.) The application both with hair & makeup feels SO NICE, like non-existent. I told them several times when I do my own makeup/hair (which isn’t much product), that their application still feels lighter somehow. They are wizards, and the hair/makeup did not budge whatsoever.
C.) The process of figuring out what you like versus do not like. I really wasn’t sure what I wanted and these two walked me through options, and even played with options during our trial. They are truly here to serve their clients and help achieve the vision!
D.) The assistants they bring on wedding day are truly perfect for their team. I’ve been in a lot of weddings where the artists don’t exactly match up to each other’s work. All of our team members were incredibly talented, fast, and had a cohesive look to tie all of us together.

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Alma’s team for both my engagement party in California and my destination wedding in Cabo, and I honestly can’t recommend them enough! Alma and her team are one of a kind. I definitely wasn’t the easiest bride to work with as I am very picky with hair and make up. Alma from the very beginning promised that no matter what she would do everything to make sure I would feel confident and beautiful on my wedding day- that meant having extra hair and make-up trials to make sure it was perfect. That extra step put me at ease and it made me feel good that it was one less thing to worry about. I had a large wedding party and her 6 team members showed up on time and really delivered. It’s so rare for every bridesmaid to feel so great about their hair and make up and they all loved it. We got married in La Quinta and the wind wasn’t in our favor but all their hair and makeup held up all night. I couldn’t have been happier with how everything turned out. Her and her team are so special and truly went above and beyond. I am looking forward to using Alma and her team for all special occasions.

Working with Kissed by AML was amazing! Alma did my hair and Megan did my makeup. We met two times before my wedding for hair/makeup trials and both times they completely exceeded my expectations and worked with me to perfect my wedding look. On the actual wedding day the whole Kissed by AML team made my bridesmaids, mom, and mother in law look absolutely gorgeous!! Everyone felt and looked so beautiful! I had the pleasure of working with Alma and her team for over a year on every one of my bridal events including bridal shower, welcome party, rehearsal dinner, and wedding day. From the moment I met Alma, I felt at ease. Planning a destination wedding is a serious affair, and as a self-proclaimed Type A bride and living in New York, I knew that I would need an organized, efficient, and overachieving glam team for my wedding weekend.
As industry vets, it should come as no surprise to me that Alma had every part of the process down pat. From every detail: client-intake questionnaire, a comprehensive introductory call, trials, vision board templates, scheduling, and the most thoughtful day-of wedding gift, they truly took care of my every need. Every member of the team with whom I had the pleasure of working with, (shoutout to Megan!) was incredibly friendly, diligent, flexible, knowledgeable, and most importantly, talented.
By the time my wedding weekend arrived, I could not wait to show off my wedding-weekend looks to all my friends and family. Alma and her team have a talent for bringing out the natural beauty of their clients and I felt such relief knowing all my bridesmaids would also feel taken care of. Despite getting married in high summer in San Diego, our glam looks managed to last all night long, even into the early morning hours of after-party dancing. Alma and her team delivered on all fronts and I cannot recommend her and her team enough!

Alma and her team are TRULY the best of the best!!!!!! Alma styled my hair on my wedding day and Melissa Hurkman did my make-up. Alma also did my wedding party’s hair and Megan, on her team, did their make-up! Everyone looked drop-dead gorgeous!!! We had a destination wedding in Sonoma, California, and had to move locations throughout the day (PLUS it rained!!). They were all sooo accommodating and sweet – it really made my day even that much more special. We were tight on time and they made it work seamlessly without one complaint. Alma, Melissa, and Megan all listened to my vision and made all my wedding day glam dreams come true!!! I had never felt more beautiful!! This is the most talented, organized, and amazing glam team you could have on the most important day of your life (or any day!). I highly recommend them and hope to have more events in the future where I can have them as my glam squad again!

Alma’s team was so professional and on time. I wanted 3 different hair styles for our wedding day and had 11 bridesmaids that all had their hair and makeup done by Alma’s team. I was struggling to find a hair/makeup team that could offer a more natural look and was really impressed by Alma’s work featured on her Instagram account. I had a small wedding, no formal bridal party, and didn’t really think of myself as a “bride” type of person.
